Arrested a 27-year-old man in Donostia-San Sebastian accused of sexually assaulting a woman

In Donostia-San Sebastián, a 27-year-old man has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a woman in the family home. The events occurred in the early morning of 18 August and the Ertzaintza has reported that the same day the protocol for an alleged crime against sexual freedom was launched and a police investigation was initiated.
According to data collected by the Ertzaintza, in the early hours of Sunday, the woman was sexually assaulted in an alley of the Old Town of Donostia, which managed to push her and flee the place. It is noted that the woman was attended in a hospital center.
The man was arrested on 24 August and made available to the Court of Guard of Donostia-San Sebastián.

In the early morning of August 18, a sexual assault was reported in the vicinity of a nightclub located in the centre of the Gipuzkoan capital.
