Thirdly, trade unions and teachers. Although they are not the same, they are in the same place in this matter. They play quietly and do not want to publicly defend the implementation of an intense day, but it is well known that it has been very beneficial to them. However, they did not say anything about the conditions to be fulfilled for the implementation of this type of conference (which this year has not been respected): public out-of-school activities must be offered.
Fourth: students. No one has spoken to you. They are the ones who endure what adults decide, but no one has risen up to defend the removal of the kiss or to show that at this time of the pandemic group bubbles make little sense. Your voice would be indispensable.
Termination. We do not know what will happen in Navarre, but it seems that the concerted educational centres will be able to keep their usual hours, while public centres run the risk of having a continuous day that is not legal.
Missing actors in this debate: the quality of education, the needs of children and the voice of the community.
