The most multitudinous movement in favour of Basque is on its way: 'Korrika'

The 2019 run will also serve to pay tributi to a person who made an enormous contribution to the normalisation of the language: Writer, global, politician, activist and thinker Jose Luis "Txillardegi" Alvarez Enparantza. Txillardegi died in 2012, and the organizers have underlined his work towards the standardisation of the language.
