In Pamplona the Friars Capuchins published the first issue of the Light of Heaven. ARGIA is the only project in Basque living since then and has been the home of many writers, body builders and journalists throughout these decades. ARGIA has been the seed of many other projects in Basque and the project acquired a new dimension since the workers acquired the media in the 1980s.
