Voids started genocide against Rwanda's Tutsis

The voids began a genocide against the Rwandan Tutsis. The day before, President Juvénal Habyarimana was killed by attacking his plane. The UN Blue Helmets left the country, took advantage of the vacuum to commit mass killings and in three months 800,000 tubas died. It has been shown that the government that caused the genocide was supported for years by France, as well as by protection, by sending arms to the Hutu militias, using the development aid of the World Bank and by invoicing the machetes as an agricultural tool. Paris has never assumed its responsibility, even though the Rwandan Government has publicly presented sound evidence. The great world powers refused.
