Some activists introduced the false letter of Alfonso Alonso, mayor of the PP of Vitoria, in 4,000 copies of the monthly magazine Kazeta de Vitoria that the City Hall distributed free of charge. The PP was ruling in Álava and Vitoria, and the anonymous initiative Z de Vitoria invited the vitorians to the "revolt" with a series of actions, including "desPP". The City Hall put a municipal police unit in search of the fake letter activists, but they were never captured.
