Aragonese Inquisitor Pedro Arbúes was killed in Zaragoza Cathedral

The Aragonese inquisitor Pedro Arbúes was killed in the cathedral of Zaragoza. In the kingdom of Aragon the inquisition found obvious opposition, especially since the kingdom of Castile created the institution and began to harass people. Wealthy families saw no harm in punishing heresy, but the inquisition lived as a court imposed by the Castilian people and in Teruel, for example, there were rebellions against this institution.

Arbúes tortured and revived many people, and in the end, as he prayed, eight people died slippery in the neck, causing a massive earthquake at the time.
