The International Criminal Court issued the first judgment for a rape case

The International Criminal Court issued the first judgment for a case of rape. Three Bosnian Serbs were tried by the Hague Hearing in 1992 for committing massive violations in the detention areas of the Bosnian city of Foča. For the first time this court judged the violations independently and described them as a crime against humanity. Only overcome by the punishment of genocide. The women were kidnapped as sexual slaves and raised. Among these women were also 12-year-olds.
