Mikel Zabaltza's body appears on the Bidasoa River. 20 days earlier he was arrested by the Civil Guard and transferred to the Intxaurrondo headquarters. He was tortured to death. The Civil Guard concealed death and said that at the time of arrest he fled and despite having his hands tied he jumped into the river. He was 33 years old and a bus driver.
