Manuel Andueza Elizalde, on his way to San Sebastian, was killed by the Civil Guard. He had an accident on the road with another car and the Civil Guard arrived while he repaired the matter in an auxiliary way with the driver. The police started a debate and Andueza was hit three shots on his chest. No one was ever tried for this murder.
