Luisa Soraluze Aranguren dies in Bergara. Her husband worked in Arcelor Mittal and died of asbestos for many years for washing his work clothes at home.

The Asviamie association denounced the company’s failure to comply with the regulations on the delivery of clean clothes to workers and that it washed them at home.

In 2015, Bergara's court acknowledged that Luisa Soraluze died from asbestos-induced mesothelioma and condemned Arcelor Mittal. It was the first time such a sentence was known:

“We hope this sentence will serve other women who cleaned divers to their husbands,” said Luisa’s sister.
