Lucio Urtubia was born in a poor, masonry and anarchist Navarre family. In addition to forging the passports of many countries, he invented a system of expropriation of millions of dollars to the City Bank, the world's largest bank at that time. That money gave it to groups opposed to the system and to the armed institutions. He died on 18 July 2020 in Paris.
