Ecologists managed to stop a convoy from Lemoniz to the Ascó II nuclear power station in Tarragona. In the giant trailer sponsored by the Civil Guard and a private security company carried an alternator of 100 tons at 4 km/h. Four Greenpeace activists, who had been waiting for hours hidden in a van, were surprised and, to realize the police, were chained to the trailer. They managed to stay for three hours and needed a Civil Guard and fire station in order to continue the convoy. The fight against nuclear weapons was boiling.
