Signing of the Kyoto protocol to prevent climate change

The Kyoto protocol was signed to prevent climate change. 84 States commit to reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the period 2008-2012. The United States did not sign the agreement and soon Canada left the treaty and then more. At the 11th Pact Update Congress held in Paris in 2015, COP21, a number of measures were defined to keep global warming below 2°C, but compliance with the will of each country.
