The Fridays for Future for Climate movement carried out the first international strike. Demonstrations took place in 2,000 cities around the world, including Baiona and Bilbao. The movement began with young Swedish ecologist Greta Thumberg, who every Friday sat in front of his country’s parliament to raise his voice on the climate emergency. Thousands of young people from all over the world came together.
