A person was arrested at Café Iruña for not being raised with the Spanish hymn and making a fascist greeting

In Pamplona they arrested a person at the Cafeteria Iruña because with the Spanish hymn that put him on the radio after the war informative he did not get up and with his arm he did not greet the fascists. The guards who led Atxilo said that with a knife he had wounded a guard in his fist and that he had been injured when he fell from the car. At the trial he said he was drinking and he remembered nothing. He was sentenced to 12 and one day in prison.
