Police tortured Steve Bi's referent activist against apartheid in South Africa. Xhosa was born in a poor family of origin and was a socialist by formation. He was arrested on 18 August and imprisoned under the Anti-Terrorism Act. After several weeks of torture, he died naked and half dead, transporting another prison.
