Several South American countries secretly signed the Condor Plan. Powered and financed by EE.UU. to put an end to any left-wing insurrection through state terrorism. The documentation found in Paraguay in December 1992 shows who was part of the alliance: Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil and Bolivia, including occasionally Peru, Venezuela, Ecuador and Colombia. Repressive forces to fight parties, trade unions, student movements or any action against dictatorships agreed to cooperate.
