The Civil Guard murdered 19-year-old Koldo Arriola at the Ondarroa headquarters.

They enjoyed a dinner to celebrate overcoming COU studies and headed for 34 nightclubs. They ranged from three to three, because the state of emergency was prescribed in Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia, and it was forbidden to circulate in groups of more than five people.

Arriola went with two other friends at 01:30 when a civil guard told him to enter the barracks. When his friends were waiting outside, they heard the sound of the shooting. The arriola was shot in the chest and died.

According to the official version, the weapon accidentally shot the guard when it attacked him. Almost nobody believed it.
