An EHE member suspended the trial against him, alleging that language rights were not guaranteed

In Euskal Herria, a member of the Basque Country suspended the trial against him, denouncing that linguistic rights were not guaranteed. He rejected the translation system and said he would not answer if he did not ask in Basque. EHE denounced that the Spanish justice system made foreign Basques and second-class citizens feel. Two days earlier, the court itself cut the trial by proclaiming its language rights in the program, while other EHE members opened the Basque banner without justice. In addition, the defendant recommended that the judge and the prosecutor register in the Basque Country.
