The Spanish government banned the issuance of TV3 in the Valencian Country and ordered the disconnection of the issuers. Against the repetitors they did with the excuse that Canal 9 occupied the frequency of Valencian television. However, thanks to the citizen organization, Acció Cultural del País Valencià installed new repeaters to broadcast TV3. They received continuous fines until in 2011 ACPV decided to disconnect issuers.
