They publicly broke the arrest warrants sent by the Spanish courts and launched the Askegunea in San Sebastian. Continue to be a “popular wall”, a gigantic disobedience initiative to protect the eight young Donostiarras who wanted to be detained accused of being members of the youth organization. The sanctions were based on statements subjected to torture by the Supreme Court. During those days the processed young people remained on the Boulevard throughout the day; the columns of hundreds of people helped every night home and every morning to Boulevard. For ten days the initiative was gaining strength by challenging the authorities.
