They began a camp against the incinerator they intended to build in San Sebastian under the motto Gipuzkoa Zutik. With the implementation of the horizontal organization, talks, assemblies and initiatives were held each afternoon, criticizing the system with the incinerator as a symbol. The Ertzaintza and the Municipal Police resisted trying to finish the camp. They came to hold assemblies of over 1,000 people in a battle that lasted 23 nights and days.
