In Andoain, the Cacagalia festival was organized against the event organized by the city council on the occasion of the 375 anniversary of the town. The City Hall hired the Spanish group Cabinet Caligari for a great concert. To denounce the lack of citizen participation, a demonstration and a Kazerolada was held by the people and from the afternoon onwards, the local groups successfully attended the gaztetxe. Instead, the City Hall concert was attended by fewer people than expected.
