Pagasarri Gurea acquired 92,674 square meters from Monte Bilbao. 5.360 people, for a thousand pesetas each, bought the land where the Tarin fountain is located and the area's coolers. They then donated the land to the Provincial Council of Bizkaia for management. These lands are currently occupied by indigenous species.
