Two injunctions on arrest warrant were planted at the headquarters of the Military Government of Bilbao. The submissive Javier Bilbao and José Antonio Bujan, after refusing to comply with the third degree of prison, blocked the entry of the military government. They represented the plank “planting”. To do so, they covered their legs with cement in the flower buckets. They appeared publicly for the seventh time and were not arrested either.
