Etarra Jon Urzelai who had Atxilo was released from Donostia hospital. The Donostia was arrested in March 1973 and imprisoned in Martutene. A command helped him escape. He went to Clandestine in Bizkaia, and that year played an important role in the theft of the Tubacex plant in Llodio. On 11 September 1974, he was killed by the Civil Guard in Zorroza, with information obtained by torture from another member, shot when he entered a house that the police awaited him.
