The Andoain Civil Guard headquarters appeared soaked with ikurrina in the morning. During the Franco regime ikurrina was forbidden and persecuted in Hego Euskal Herria. For this reason, it became a symbol of freedom and resistance, and many actions were taken to make the ikurrina public.
