Supreme Court banned “fallen arms strikes”

The U.S. Supreme Court banned “fallen arms strikes.” In such strikes, workers take up their jobs, but without work, preventing their occupation. Although for the National Assembly of Labor Relations this type of strike was already illegal, in this case the workers responded to an illegal measure previously adopted by the company. However, the Supreme Court found that it was not possible to admit the workers who were right to the company and made illegal strikes.
