Knowing how to leave on time
There are words, forms, gestures and attitudes that cannot enter and leave the body. Those that get into the body and rot into it. They pierce the body. They break down the body. They eliminate the body. And it's over. You can't go back to a state before a body that's broken down. Not right away. Time of the loss. At best, if the compost is done correctly, a transformation occurs.
It is not necessary an external physical aggression to weaken a body, it is a capacity that words, forms, gestures or attitudes have. Because the head and the body are inevitably interacted, one affects the other. They cannot be distributed.
There are experiences that hurt more when they remember than when they've lived. Remember, because they are remembered through marks carved in the body and traumas and because they live from inertia and normality, it is not necessary not to think to suffer and justify what is happening to yourself. A friend once told me that if I could choose a super power, I would rather know how to leave in time from the places. Do not stretch the gum and care for yourself.
