Immigrants and beggars
They are located anywhere in the cities. Upright, lying, laying -- the vessel next to or the hand stretching. Making music, saying something to people or quiet. Women, men, young, old, of all colors and languages… As in the past on the portals of churches, today on the entrances and exits of markets… They are beggars. Most immigrants.
In the customs of the old peasants and small towns they knew how to act with the homeless. They were well known because they approached the house portal several times a year. They ordered them to do a little work, cut timber or, in return, allowed them to sleep in a corner of the mandium and feed them those days.
Today there are many who want to be cared for by the institutions. Subsidies to associations that prefer to collaborate with them. Others say that a social struggle is needed so that there is no wandering. All right. But it is also not harmful to have a small look at the homeless and given a currency from time to time.
