PP also in favour of 3L

Like the Government and EH Bildu (Article 67.1 of the Education Bill), the PP also wants to teach the contents in Spanish. Also in English, because of its importance, it is item 150 of the programme. It doesn't surprise me. I mean, I'm not surprised that PP wants it.
Worse still, the education law will remove existing language models (points 1 and 2 of the single derogatory provision). What does this mean? Unlike what had been done so far, when a Spanish law establishes a minimum teaching in Spanish, the public school must necessarily increase the teaching hours in Spanish. And point 145 of the PP says: "We reformed the LOMLOE."

Until now, model A, in the process of disappearance of the public school, served to guarantee the teaching in Spanish, where all the subjects are taught in Spanish. But as once the educational law has been approved, we will have a single model, in that same model we will have to collect the minimum school hours that the PP, when it reaches the government, establishes obligatorily to teach in Spanish.
Do not hesitate: before and after they will come to the government. Feel free to set the minimum number of hours in Spanish. Today, regarding the Catalan educational system, the question of minimum hours in Spanish… It is constitutional, do you doubt?

Do not put Euskera at the centre of political debate, even in the educational system. Do not weaken Basque in the educational system. Do not let the Constitutional decide how much Castilian will be given in us. Do not mortgage the capacity of the public school to euskaldunify the students, because it is the network that has educated the most Basques in this century.
