I have read this book in bed and it has not brought me soft or wet dreams. One of the images the author uses is the bed, which can be the center of life and death for him. The mirror is also frequent, with her sister, with her mother, with her coworkers, making symmetry games from time to time, through identification, disappears. Another image is the curtains, which hide from the neighbors what happens in the room between hell and the client. And the journal insists on the need to be young and beautiful samples of the coding and hypersexualization of women, desired and valued for the heteropatriarchal system.

The book Puta by Nelly Arcan was published in 2001 and sparked great controversy. As stated in the discourse, the media and the misogynistic criticisms referred to their body, their slut character and the Quebequés accent, and only the literary contributions of the work were mentioned. I have been reminded of the death of Virginia Woolfen stream of underage or emanation of consciousness; the pain of Mary Shelley's abandonment of Frankenstein; the crude style of Annie Ernaux; the search for Amelie Nothombe's autophyche; the long sentences of Danele Sarriugarte in Errame; or the immersion of Alaine's blood meate.

She started writing for her psychotherapist to reflect on her trajectory in prostitution to pay for college studies. He worked through free association, completing an intense but dense literary work. Reading these two hundred pages will remind us what it is and what consequences it has to be a woman in the heteropatriarchal system through the flow of words and a merciless look at each curve of the body.

María la Virgen y el becario Eva; the canon and divination of beauty, obligatory heterosexuality and heterogeneous thought, family relationships and love, depression and suicide, the long vomit of words, straight style, fiction and essay, the use of syntax, marginal gaze, metaphors and repetitions, tensions and contrasts Speaking of Western art is an opportunity for us to speak of the existence of Western art.
