It’s far away… Sudan
Arantza Gutierrez Paz @arantzatxu 2023ko maiatzaren 10a

The war in Sudan has led to thousands of refugees who are not going to seek, Europe is not going to set up any special care facilities or open safe corridors. The war is taking place in Africa and the 800,000 refugees that the UN has created have been gathered in neighbouring countries, which has helped to increase the emergency situation in them. Those who flee from Sudan and other conflicts already forgotten in the media must be joined by those who escape the economic crises and environmental emergencies caused by these wars. Most of them will stay there without expectation of the future. Some will try to reach Europe or die on the way. We've gotten used to it. Their black looks don't move us from a screen, at least the clearest Ukrainians.

We now have municipal, foreign and foreign elections. They will argue that migration policies fall within the competence of states because nothing is done as hypocrisy. It will be those who dare to relate to security in order to sell coercive measures. Most of you won't see it, total, you can't vote -- and Africa is far away.
