Because prices have risen, “everything has risen,” so we remember the war. So it does not seem that we are in war. But we all feel it closer and closer, because we are given words to think about that: “World War”, “nuclear weapons”… and a crazy authority. The threat of war we have placed it there in an exotic cold, so it will come because of the delusions of one man. The solution seems easy, we have to stop that man, but calm, because they are going to wage war on our part, in exchange for some money, which the arms industry needs. Who is not prepared to give them that money?
“What does Russian propaganda say about the war in Ukraine?”, “Putin, the victim of his propaganda”, “The European Union wants to hit Russian propaganda, taking off four television channels”… What is it for me to know that Russia uses propaganda? That propaganda doesn't reach me, there's no risk of swallowing me. It's going to swallow the propaganda of those here. They have it easy, in most cases we share figurations and ways, Westerners. Where are the historians who will help citizens decipher propaganda? Did we know that learning history serves this purpose? Did we know that some knowledge is disappearing for something? There is no need in the institutes for examples of World War II to address the issue of propaganda, how have they managed to put a Russian face on the decisions and interests of the United States, for example? If we knew how to decipher the propaganda, perhaps we would be on the street just one penny, so that no tyrant is sent to kill citizens like us. Perhaps Forma cannot be so difficult to see that the interest of Biden and Zelensky is not peace, democracy, justice, or the life of ordinary citizens. We have powerful enemies, they are dangerous fanatics, but they are not in Russia.
