Some say “not like that”, others say “not here” and some say “nowhere.” However, there is a widespread tendency among those who have been encouraged to speak and write on the subject (there are no few) to explain what must be done first in the energy transition; “first consumption must be reduced”, “first we must stop and think”, “first we must use degraded areas”, “first we must change the relations of force”.
