He says in his book about the brevity of life: “We don’t take a short life, we do it briefly.” When it is released in luxury and in pottery, when it is not used for the good… “with the last inevitable hour, we feel that the life to which we do not look has gone.” The greatest disadvantage of life would therefore be the hope that the next day the current one will be lost – it seems that the Basques know us: “They lose their day in hope of the night and night in fear of the day.” But he who spends all the tenor for his own benefit, on the contrary, he who organizes days one by one as his last, “is not afraid of the future, does not yearn”. Another thing is whether this is easy to do, or directly impossible.
