Last January the Supreme Court ratified the sanctions imposed by the Provincial Court of Bizkaia in 2018 for the bankruptcy of the company Minda de Carranza. The Government of Spain, the Basque Government and the Provincial Council of Bizkaia awarded the project a grant of EUR 13.5 million, of which just over ten were subsidised before the start of the works.
A former mayor of the town, who died in 2018, had to take over the Purín de Carranza package, desperate by some locals. Among the pensioners there is also a high government office, Martín Ascacibar, now defending the interests of the company Altuna and Uria in the incinerator of Zubieta. He approached the 2012 censorship motion against the mayor of the PNV, Andoni Ortuzar and Juan Mari Aburto. This outbreak was just a tree planted in front of you so you don't see the forest.
"The 2012 censorship motion against the mayor of the PNV was approached by a few gentlemen, Andoni Ortuzar and Juan Mari Aburto. That outbreak was nothing more than a tree planted in front of you so you don't see the forest."
In the year 2000, the farmers proposed a solution to the excess of slurry leaving the farms in the valley. The Minda de Karrantza company was set up and Ade Biotec SM was hired to run the works. The board of directors of Ade Biotec had two trustworthy lawyers from the PNV: Xabier Aguriano (related to the topic Bidegi) and Guillermo Ibarrondo (cited in the Black Book of Alonsotegi).
For the execution of the works, they hired two companies created by former Commissioner Asier Atutxa, Ingeplan and Arkigest, referred to in the complaint against the corruption of a former mayor of Bakio. The Sainz Widow Group has also worked on the construction of the Minda plant, which until then was treasurer of the PNV, Xabier Sagredo, who was director of a company of this group. The Urazca group, made up of a former mayor of the PNV, immersed itself in the works and, in addition, the former manager of a company of this group is today the president of the Bizkai Buru Batzar, Humberto Perea. Urazca’s name is found in the roles of the former PP treasurer (Barbara’s roles) and in a case of corruption of former PNV leaders, in the De Miguel case.
The report of the Court of Auditors on the Minda de Carranza showed the action of the Uría Menéndez group, the group of lawyers in which Javier Balza, former Security Advisor, works. The report also referred to Eptisa, who was Deputy General of Bizkaia, Josu Bergara, appointed President of that company. And we're still at Carranza's Far West to see a lot.

I don't want my daughter disguising herself as a Gypsy in the caldereros. I don’t want Gypsy children at my daughter’s school to dress up as Gypsies in caldereros. Because being a gypsy is not a disguise. Because being a gypsy is not a party that takes place once a year, with... [+]
The road goes by steps, and I learned a little while ago that it seems to have already begun. But people also want to learn to fill that sentence with content. Alone we could achieve little, maybe even resignation as soon as we started. Gathering huge crowds can also complicate... [+]
Ez zuen egoki jokatu, neurriak hartu behar ziren, bestela, ez dugu ikasten. Itxuraz, ez zen ohartzen egindakoaren inpaktuaz, normal jarraitzen zuen, batzuetan, ingurukoek baino itxura zoriontsuagoz. Gainera, altuegi hitz egiten du, hori ez zaio inori gustatzen. Darabiltzan... [+]

I received your e-mail in personal mail on the strike portals. At first, like many others, I thought it was to let you know what options we have in the face of the strike. But no, the e-mail received was a political and communicative movement against the strike.
I will confess... [+]
This weekend I've been thinking about the word 'aesthetic' in relation to a phrase said by a friend: “This work is aesthetic.” I have studied the etymology of the word aesthetic, it seems that its meaning was originally perceived through the senses, and it was later associated... [+]
The other day in Bilbao, I met a friend at the Bira bar. We were very happy at the Tar and I said: “Of course, since you’re Guipúzcoa, hahahaha.” And he insisted that he was not Guipuzcoan. Without me understanding it, I kept saying, “Ah! Is it not? You were born in New... [+]
