I do not write in French or Creole: I write about Marysecondé.” This was explained by the author of the book Bihotza neggar eta irri in 2016. Joxe Mari Berasategi brought to the Basque language this use in the brief collection of narratives published last year by Erein and Igelak.
I believe that much more has been translated than language when it comes to translating the particular use of the language of the creator of Guadeloupe and the winner of the alternative Nobel Prize. In other words, Marysecondéra is a literary X-ray of the circulation of social conflicts, structural oppression and power relations. That is what you can read now in Basque.
Marysecondé is not just a multiple accent. It will not change solely on the basis of the linguistic use of the different social classes. Condé's literature makes the Heart a battlefield.
The narratives make the conflicts between social classes legible in the tension between Creole and French. As long as he was born until he is eighteen years old, the protagonist will fight with the mundane microscopes continuously, imperceptible, shocking and unpredictable collision of day to day. Through those shocks, you think of yourself.
We can read mixed up the structural oppression racial and economic, gender and sexuality related. The Socialist Group will be voting in favour of the Commission's proposal for a directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States. Everybody will build the protagonist disorderly like the world.
Inevitably, linguistic conflict must be added to these conflicts as structural oppression. In fact, the many conflicts in Guadeloupe can only be expressed in language other than French and Creole. In other words, a language is not only a battlefield, but also a field of oppression.
