In 2014, a well-preserved ice skiing was found in Digervarden (Norway). When the piece of 187 cm long and 17 cm wide found a full leather union for the foot, it was the first time in Norway there was such a well-kept ski, which was previously found another in Finland. According to Carbon 14, skiing took place around 750 years.
