In what cases do you have to think four times about getting vaccinated?
- Marisa García Alonso is a Spanish pharmaceutical specializing in clinical analysis. He has worked in several hospitals and in addition to the pharmacy has a Laboratory of Analysis Research Applied to the Clinic. The journalist Núria Coll has interviewed on the Soycomocomo Youtube channel and here we have collected the factors she has recommended to think twice about getting vaccinated in this interview. He says the following to explain how he positioned himself in the subject from his office: "I'm not anti-vaccines, but they're drugs, so you have to use them with caution, with the necessary instructions, to minimize harm. I am an analyst, therefore, my job is to value the individual before applying any treatment, so I can decide why to give him one medication and not the other. We're all not worth the same thing, and we're all not affected by the same thing or by food."
In view of the possibility of the vaccine, it usually makes use of proposals to strengthen the immune system. Throughout the interview he explained the weak factors of the immune system that have led to the risk of severe COVID-19: people who tend to get more diseases - obese, diabetic, hypertensive... -, intestinal imbalances, lack of adequate mucosal response, low NK (Natural Killers) cells, lack of vitamin D... In the interview he also explains how to enhance immunity against COVID-19, among other things: "The discourse we should receive from our health professionals should be the care of our immunity through food, exercise, rest and stress, and not so much "insert, insert, insert, insert".
He insists that it is a personal decision and that in no case would it force a person to get vaccinated. And it particularly points out the following factors related to the adverse effects of the vaccine:
Age
"The vaccination of high-risk people makes a lot of sense. They have also suffered the effects of vaccines, but it is true that they had a higher level of risk. Virus mortality in this group of societies has been very striking. I mean, those over 70-75 years old and it's up to every person. (...) But below that limit, below age 50 or even below age 60, each case should be assessed before vaccination. And of course, the kid doesn't even think about it."
Factors for the presence of thrombi
Throughout the interview, he notes that one of the factors for thrombi exposure is the lack of protein S: "Protein S is a type of coagulation inhibitor that forces factor 5 to stop coagulating because it has coagulated enough. When protein S is insufficient, coagulation continues and that is when thrombi are produced. It's very common among the population. And it's genetic, so you have to be very careful, take care of the food... and take full precaution in the vaccine."

"Vaccinating the coronavirus has neither legs nor head. Whoever has a minimum immune base knows it." From clinical tests conducted over a year, he concludes that the bodies that have passed COVID-19 do not lose immune memory, so if this body becomes contaminated, it is able to resist: "The person who has passed the virus, in this sense, is lucky, doesn't have to think about the vaccine. We're already seeing that in vaccines like Pfizer-Moderna, antibodies start falling within two months, and this doesn't happen with natural immunity." "I would always do an antibody test before getting vaccinated to make it clear that I haven't had contact with the virus before doing so."
