Fast and Fast
My father spent his whole life in the same workshop. He spent more than 40 years without moving from there, but not always in the same task. The ways of working, the machines, the peers, the customers and the products did not change too much, and the plans were not made for the year, but for a few years. In the 1980s, the paternal company ended, and both theirs and the career of thousands of workers.
Currently, labor mobility, the variability of work processes and the expiry of products are common in our companies. Society is changing fast and technology is changing faster, in conversations between coworkers, we often point out that speed doesn't allow us to do things right, that we can't go deeper into anything to be better, that we have to be always creating something new and fast.

The pandemic has disrupted or slowed down many things. With closed hospitality, aeroplanes on the ground, quiet culture, slowed consumption, many companies in the temporary regulation of the company and many others in telematic work. So some of us thought that we had to take advantage of the pause to better organize the jobs and learn more. It has been almost 15 months since the closure was ordered in Europe, and if we look back, we can say that technology has yielded unthinkable leaps. Village cultural bonds, interactive food menus, municipal telematic plenums, telematic access to school curricula, full digitalization of the relationship with the administration, and many other issues were unthinkable in February 2020 and are now normal. What happened?
Before Pandemic, many technologies were about to go to the market. Maybe they weren't completely complete and tested, but they were there, ready for use. The pandemic has completely broken the boundaries and, just as the waters are anarchized when the walls of a reservoir are broken, technology has spread to all areas of our lives and, furthermore, although before the implementation of a technology its usefulness and sociability were taken care of, in this turn it has happened the other way round, that is, humans have had to adapt our habits and customs to the demands of technologies.
Thus, although the pandemic has slowed the movement of the body, it has intensified the functioning of internal organs and, although many of the first companies were already on the verge of following the new technologies, from now on there will be many that look redder.
