Frustration. The emotion we all experience. Necessary. Fear, sadness and all negative emotions. How do you realize, if not, that something doesn't work well in our lives? And it's human, absolutely human and more common than you think, that the response to frustration is aggression.
It is well known that by taking advantage of this behaviour, which is characteristic of it, one of the foundations of the political-economic systems based on injustice is hidden. Capital is thus protected, thus diverting attention to it, putting workers against workers. And, in this rebirth of fascism, it has begun to point out, without complexes, the possible targets and enemies. Because when we pay for our frustrations, all too often we do not throw our aggressiveness at the source of the frustration, but against another that we will easily master: whether women, whether they are migrants, whether they are dissident sexual genders, whether they are neighbours on the third floor… anyone who is in a weaker situation can come to the spotlight.
"Children are mine and with them I do what I want," it seems that it's also an example of what they call freedom."
This is an easy way to swallow. The human being, being too human, measuring our forces in advance, by agreement or by unconsciousness, and realizing that the real enemy is too powerful, even to start efforts against it.
Should the defense of the traditional family not be understood in these parameters? The traditional family, above all, is formed around the fathers’ families and their homeland powers. The house, a place where the warrior can rest; the family, a place where he can turn around the external humiliations, the lack of transcendence and the lack of values and values. Feminism knows this well.
In this way, attacks on children have multiplied uncomplicated by the purrusts and rudeness that question the humanity of an entire human group. “The children are mine and with them I do what I want,” it seems that it is also an example of what they call freedom. The worst thing is that this concept, unlike others, is not a crazy idea for many.
I do not mean that you are not opposed to them. Under no circumstances. But I miss the need to take a step forward. It's an idea I'm going to leave for reflection with humility. In short, because the reflections on this need not only to be made in the political and social spheres, but also in the personal sphere.
I explained in the book Erreka haizea the old meaning of the word infantia: “without a voice”. The child is not the one who does not know how to speak, but the one who does not speak in public, who does not bring forth what he has to say. Since then this has not changed: the voice is stolen from the children. Even when their rights are upheld, it is only done from the point of view of protection and assistance, never from the voice of their own to express or participate actively in society. It is difficult for us to recognize to any other human group what we also recognize as childhood, albeit with all its specificities.
I believe that we could also avoid profound psychological problems of the future, if we demystified our childhood and remember it in its crudety, if we stopped taking root and did not repeat the conduct of our predecessors as if they were a single possible conduct. If we look for children and adolescents of the past that still exist within each of the current adults, even if it is easier to forget those past times. If we looked at truthfulness honestly.
