One of them was a fried canary. “Take the canary and, with large scissors, cut your head. Make a small incision in the skin near the sternum. Put your finger in and, with caution, remove your skin with the pen. Heat the oil until smoke comes out and fry the bird for two minutes. Drain and season with salt and pepper.”

It is unknown whether the method was really effective or whether avoiding headaches in the preparation of the recipe influenced relieving symptoms of burnout.
