Near reach vertex
The current challenge of the Basque Country is to reach the vertex of the five-level staircase, neutralize, dazzle, convince, attract and activate.
In order to neutralise the attacks on our language, the Basque Country has emerged from the conflicting disputes and has made the leap into new open reasoning, in some of our territories. It has come to distort many sectors that are suspicious and hostile to the Basque Country, spreading with prudence and intelligence new favorable narratives (narrative, discourse). This strategy has led to the gradual evaporation of prejudices and other deep-rooted beliefs such as the Basque imposition. The ecology of languages has legitimised the defence of all languages and, on the other hand, it has started to think, at the same time, that the inclusive image of the Basque is of all citizens, not only of nationalists.
However, neutralisation must continue, both because the measures in favour of the Basque Country are criticised and because some curious cries are heard (the Basque language is not the language of Navarre, for example).

There is a level above that which must be dazzled and persuaded: both the Castilian and the Basque speakers who are in doubt about the Basque, and the Basque temperate. The illusions are based on the senses and the conviction in reason, so not only are the assumptions important, but also the experiences themselves. The paradigmatic initiative of this type of task is Korrika, but, whether leisure or educational (e.g. EusLiders), more and more actions are being promoted with these objectives.
The more types of reasons/feelings accumulated, the greater the fascination and conviction of human beings: Euskera helps work and, moreover, the language of my azucarillo! A well-established conviction will facilitate the incorporation into the Basque Country of new social sectors: the conviction has led to the small number of adults being singled out in night schools, and in schools the multitude of boys and girls who, with the conviction of their parents, were authentic Castilian speakers.
The mass Euskaldunization makes the linguistic community stronger and stronger if the knowledge of Euskera is activated. Different types of initiatives have been targeted at this level for some time: Quadrillería, Berbalagun, Euskarabentura, Euskaraldia...
The vertex of the ladder is practically within our reach, but not in all territories and in all social sectors of the same territory. This is the key to continuing to raise the level: the needs for specific situations and the adequacy of strategic initiatives by level.
