There are other avenues that go beyond organic farming. The ecological aspect, in today’s day, only means that they comply with regulations. It is a breakthrough over traditional industrial or capitalist agriculture, but it is not a destination for some. Agroecology, biodynamic agriculture, regenerative agriculture, subsistence agriculture, urban agriculture... Language is being enriched by areas in our lands. Thank you.

For example, it is increasingly common to find food from biodynamic agriculture. Biodynamics is based on the influence of plants on the environment as a whole. The land for plants is important, but also the sun, the moon, etc. The influence of biodynamics becomes more evident when time has great importance on the road to the creation of the theme or the benefit. For example, in wines of apples, pears, grapes, etc. Today, for example, in the wine sector, wines made in the biodynamic stand out. Warning to shoppers!

As regards language, regenerative agriculture (regenerative agriculture, agriculture régénératrice, regenerative agriculture…) is increasingly being heard. I am not going to enter that camp today, but before it is too late we would have to name it in Basque when I come back, the taka option. On Facebook, I found a good opportunity to respond to the rebuke message sent to me by my friend Jurgi Uriarte, saying that it's not only eco-friendly, but regenerative agriculture that is the future, and I wondered: How would we say in Basque this kind of agriculture? Option: Regenerator, Regenerator, Regenerator or Regenerator. We decided that his mother, Itziar Idiazabal Gorrotxategi, a philologist, apparently, and we made himself available to his second-hand suit. He chose what I liked most, “regenerative agriculture.” Indeed, what more appropriate name should be given to an agriculture based on the constant handing over of life to the earth?
