Official status and single list

That is why I think that the majority of the inhabitants of this corner will know that the Basque Country is not official throughout Navarre, but much less those of us who are aware of the single list.
However, both are the subject of debate in Navarre, and both have the same axis: the Basque.
The claim has long been that the Basque Country should be official throughout Navarre. If it was not possible with the previous parliaments, with the present parliaments too. We know that UPN, PSN and pp are against. But I-E is also against it, and without it you cannot, to this day, modify the law and extend the officialdom to the entire foral community. It's over.
Having said that, I think he has a point of reason Joxerra Olano, when at LARRUN 223 he says that if he is back in opposition it will be difficult to ask for the officiality if it has not materialized while he is in power. Although it cannot be materialized, official demands must be made. But first of all, we need to clarify what officialdom means. Through it, which is only a means, we have to define what we seek. Not only to the Vasco-speakers what right they would be entitled to, but, above all, I would say that, to the Navarros who do not know Euskera, what obligations such an official would entail. Because if we think that the official should necessarily bring the Basque to the whole of Navarre, then we would be at home. That train was long gone (did we let him leave?) And what was possible almost forty years ago in the CAV is impossible in today’s Navarre, where the impulse of the Basque country must be based on respect for rights, not on the imposition of obligations. And on the basis of rights, it is enough to look at Ezkerra's attitude on the subject of the single list of education.
The line of work is, therefore, the official, to extend the rights of the bilingual Navarros to the whole of Navarre, but not to impose linguistic duties on the monolinguans. For the Administration, explain well what the CAV system is, both for the level of Euskera required, and for the procedure followed to put an Euskera knowledge, and take a look at the Aranera Law.
And as I am asking for it to be defined, I will also make a new request from this West: I would like to know the Council’s opinion on the Heziberri model and the 3L model that will be to the detriment of the Basque country. I have not heard anything from that.
