Hi Asier. I think it's going to be Sabia, Amaranthus retroflexus. Perhaps it is another of the same genus, such as Amaranthus hybridus.

On unknown grounds, these plants are considered bad. Brought from America. They're edible, both their jaldre when it's new and their seeds. Cut and cut to remove. Cut it off on the next crescent.
