I often think that this world in which we travel cyclically does not go anywhere, that with a little bit of spin we are always in the same place. The things in the bark change, but the pulp always underneath, it stays hidden. We are losing the intelligence, the ability to carefully analyze what surrounds us, and consequently, the reasons that condition our way of being and living pass through our legs, in full haste by modernity.
What has changed substantially, though, is the terminology we use to describe sensations. An example to warn that I have not completely lost the thread: in our case until recently the strong wind was a “putie wind” or “pork wind”, it is now said to be an “explosive cyclogenesis”. Since I heard it, the wind gives me more and more fear.
There are also examples related to sport, and I bring you one that has become fashionable a long time ago: mindfulness.
It's an aconfessional version of meditation. To be aware of what is happening to us now and here, through the control of breathing, so that we can make the most appropriate decisions. Or something like that.
This conscious being is a matter of exercise, and while it's not easy to flush the skull coldly, it's not impossible if you try hard.
That, beyond good and evil, without a subjective conditioned assessment, let us be aware of what we are and what we are to achieve concrete objectives. Brave, apparently, to smile out of everyday situations. And in the case of athletes, when they are under pressure to clearly interpret the situation.
So far, readers. But be careful, we need to step back into this garden of ideas and, if possible, without going down the lines above. It's like a slug, even if it's on the ground.
Abel Barriola, who will soon wear white pants for solo dancing, spent a long time unable to play for hand pain. An afternoon of rain told me that I was beginning to doubt whether I was pelotari.
Over the course of the days, the problem that had led to leitzarra into the dark also drifted away, and Abel returned to the courts, frightened at the beginning and very strongly afterwards. It seems that it was pelotari and managed to play the next final, which was in 2006, if I am not mistaken.
Abel lost the finish, but when we went to the post-match interview, in addition to congratulating the rival, he told us that for him, at least for him, to be in the final with the white pants that had passed was already a great victory.
Maybe I had to start by knowing what victory is.
Abel Barriola didn't know what mindfulness was, but she was aware of where and what she was doing, and that was still gasping.

This weekend I've been thinking about the word 'aesthetic' in relation to a phrase said by a friend: “This work is aesthetic.” I have studied the etymology of the word aesthetic, it seems that its meaning was originally perceived through the senses, and it was later associated... [+]
The other day in Bilbao, I met a friend at the Bira bar. We were very happy at the Tar and I said: “Of course, since you’re Guipúzcoa, hahahaha.” And he insisted that he was not Guipuzcoan. Without me understanding it, I kept saying, “Ah! Is it not? You were born in New... [+]
