Historically, almost any Basque Autonomous Community has been able to vote in favour of the PNV, or has been about to do so, or has taken it into account... It wasn't an unthinkable choice. For almost everyone.
But the photo of the latest CAV budgets has caused an earthquake: The trio made up of PNV, PSE and pp has been placed on the side of the playing field, while the leftist parties have done so (perhaps without being aware).
Apparently, the time is going to be long. And in depth (you just need to look at the Madrid Congress). PNV + PSE + PP = GCE.
